Words cannot convey how inspiring it feels to sit beside a team of incredibly talented game concept artists who just draw cool things all day long. My job as part of the Marketing Art team at MZ was to take their amazing art and weave it into social media ads, YouTube end frames, responsive web sites, and holiday or event content. Sometimes it meant adding ambient animations to create GIFs (cinemagraphs) or creating UI for playable ads. Occasionally, it meant revisiting and tweaking campaigns in response to new performance data. And always, it meant understanding how to navigate complex spec matrices for large global campaigns that needed exports in every shape, size, and language.
