My second gaming job was at a company (Kabam) with established successful game titles across many genres. And because it wasn’t the Wild Wild West of my previous startup gaming company, I got to experience tried and true development and production processes. My role as a UI artist was to skin wireframes of new features to match the visual tone of existing titles. As part of the “labs” team, I also got to work directly with creative directors to explore and establish the UI tone for brand new titles under development.
