LinkedIn Talent Connect Product Roadmap for Hiring

LinkedIn’s Talent Connect Summit is an important yearly gathering of global thought leaders to discuss new challenges and solutions to the current world of work. I was asked to build a fully animated, dynamic presentation for the VP of Global Talent Acquisition to showcase how new and upcoming LinkedIn products and features could help. That meant applying the event’s existing style guide to a constantly evolving speaker outline to create bold, impactful moments. It meant creating smooth transitions that elevated the experience without distracting from the content. And most challenging (by far), it meant working carefully with their product design team to reconstruct (using PowerPoint’s animation tools) lifelike product demos from static Figma user flows of products that were still in early development. Through a series of reviews and iterations, we built in natural pauses where the speaker could draw focus or speak to a user benefit.
